Other than my initial 26'-foot truck contract was changed and I had to call your customer service to rectify it, my overall experience was excellent. The young lady that I spoke with at customer service was so extremely helpful, kind, and apologetic for the situation but proactively found me the requested truck and confirmed my contract. Then the agents at the location of the pickup site were amazing, accommodating, and very friendly. Upon return of the truck, the cell service was quite spotty. After trying for about 30 minutes to close out the contract and return the truck online, I ended up calling your service again. Same thing, outstanding service and very accommodating. I will promote and will definitely use U-Haul in all my future moves. Thank you.

Michael BWindshield was filthy with dead bug guts. It was difficult to get the gas tank full. Pump kept cutting off. Tried different gas pumps, same reaction. Other than that it was a great rental.
Chelsea WThey changed my reservation to another location, claiming they wouldn't have a shuttle available at the original spot. I drove past that location three days in a row, and each day there were more than two shuttles in the parking lot. It’s a shame
FRANCISCO GThe self serve app wouldn't allow me to upload pictures of the truck after. The man that I spoke with was friendly and helped me complete the drop off process. But I was charged for an additional day of rental because I brought the truck back at 4 instead of 2. Even though I didnt get the truck until 2 hours after my pickup time due to the basically unusable self serve app. And I never got the call from the pickup location prior to my pickup time. The whole experience was terrible. But it was not this locations fault.
