No issue with Med City Ship specifically, by the do it yourself mobile return and pick-up is terrible. When picking up the location forgot one of the dollies so I had to go to the other location in town anyways - defeating the purpose of a do it yourself pick-up. Most importantly, the Uhaul app is atrocious. The app is extremely buggy and barely worked for pick-up and then did not work at all with drop-off, forcing us to wait multiple hours while we could contact a representative over the phone to drop it off. Then, hilariously, I got a call 3 days later asking "Why have you not picked up the truck?" Thankfully the initial representative emailed me and I could supply my point of contact. Just absolutely terrible experience. Med City Ship when I called were wonderful but Uhaul overall is a terrible company and I will never rent from them again.
