This location has no one there. You call the number and it’s a medical lab. There’s no one to assist hooking up the trailers. Online check in didn’t work right. It’s a shared parking lot and cars were blocking the area to back in the trailers. This is the worst uhaul location I have ever been to.

It was a process to pick up the truck and when I delivered it. I had to wait for a key when I asked for mobile pick up. It took an hour to just get the truck and start moving. The lady was very nice and left stuff for me to use but overall was not happy with the whole process.
