Luke was super nice and helpful. However, the truck was in poor condition. The passenger side-view mirror kept swinging in and out and was useless, which was dangerous, as there is no windshield rearview mirror. The visor kept falling down, and even the plastic hook that secures it to the top of the cab/headliner was not attached at all and fell out and onto the ground. The back/cargo area of the truck felt and sounded like it was loose from the cab of the truck and kept bouncing up and down, so that I had to drive 25-35 MPH the entire way. It was awful over uneven ground, even a crosswalk at a high school made the truck shake badly. I would recommend this place to a friend since the customer service was really good, but I would hope to have a safe, completely working vehicle next time.

No one on site , so we didn’t really know were to leave the equipment, could have used a sign explaining that you could drop behind the home on the property so we walked around and figured it out

It was at a house in the middle of nowhere, no one was there and had to wait 15 mins for anyone to show up. Once they showed up the customer service was excellent.

Luke was great to work with. The truck I rented was good and worked well. I wish they had longer hours at this location but Luke educated me on the 24 hour drop off.

Not using U-Haul again, terrible experience. Had to checkout and check in the truck which was extremely inconvenient, I was basically the U-Haul employee. It was extremely expensive was supposed to be approximately $45 a day there was extra charges, the furniture dolly and appliance dolly were $14 a day each. I had the truck a little over 2 days in the middle of the week and was charged a full extra day because I got the truck back 4 hours over the 2 day 48 hour period. The total cost ended up being almost $250 to rent the truck for 2 days when I was expecting it to around $100. The point of using U-Haul was to save money and it definitely did not save any money . Forr another $200 I could have just hired movers to move my stuff to instead of breaking my back and over paying. Will not be using U-Haul or recommending U-Haul again, also I will be sharing my terrible experience with family friends and clients as I am a real estate agent. It is no longer cost effective and was a very inconvenient experience.

The location is great. You need a direct phone number to this location. I believe, it’s going to happen as it’s a brand new location however, for now, that would be my only recommendation.. Great experience!
