Great customer service
NHIA TU-Haul leaked through during the rain and ruined several of my belongings that were packaged in boxes.

Oreatha WWhy am I being charge for 9 extra miles. The road side service took the truck. He was not authorized to use 9 miles. He never told me how many miles and lies this is an ethical issue. As a customer. The road side service failed to discuss milage and route for driving. I took this picture at 7:10 pm on 04/28/2024 Any miles added to the truck we're not authorized by the customer. The roadside service never informed the customer about what road and how long he would be driving the truck , never talked to the customer about the miles. That's wrong to use 9 miles and pass the cost on to the customer. Had the roadside service discussed this aspect of the roadside service I would have like to ask the roadside service to not go so far. The miles I had in the parking lot at uhual 71530 miles when I left mee lee on kingscayon. The roadside service driver used all if the gas. He never talk to the customer about how much gas he would be using and how to help the customer with the gas during the road side service emergency. Uhual failed to discuss these matters with the customer and talk about additional costs and other service feed the customer would be responsible to pay for an emergency roadside service. Uhual fail to follow the laws in California department of consumer affairs which says the law in California is clear. You have to tell the customer up front what there going to be charge for before you can perform a service for them. Roadside service emergency perform a service and did not tell me about hidden costs. That's against the law. I'm disappointed 😥 and dissatisfied with David. David failed uhual customers. David doesn't care about uhual customer. David hates uhual, David hates uhual customers. David doesn't care about what uhual stands for and doesn't want to establish positively inside uhual
