The agent in the office informed me that there was three-quarters of a tank of gas. However, when I checked, the gas level was just over half a tank. The agent wasn't present with me at the time, and no photos were taken as evidence initially. Despite the gas being at the same level when I returned the vehicle, they charged me $6.75 for fuel.

Ensure all lights work. Drivers side light did not work. It did work when on brakes but not when lights were on. Tow was smooth which was great.

Noah PThe truck's pullout ramp to load/unload goods was not working, I was able to take it out but took about an hour to slide it back in with the help of two other people, I think it just needs some lubing. Unfortuntely I did not use it again even though I needed it, but did not attempt to pull it out again in the fear that it'll get stuck again. Also the truck transmission was off, it was maintaining a high RPM at acceleration.

CLARENCE DVehicles had dents on and they said fuel level full but when I checked it wasnt and informed the guy who did the checkin. When I returned vehicle kept same level at the return and I have been charged 2 Gallon.

Sreekanth PI declined Insurance but when looked at my contract I was charged for insurance. I pointed out the error and Peter said he'd take care of it, which he did provide me a $15. refund for the insurance but overcharged me still by not putting the correct amount in the "previous paid column" . I have the original receipt showing the previous amount paid and it does not match what he input on the final receipt. I was due more than a $15. refund because my actual mileage 39 was less than the estimated mileage at drop off 40. Peter had to manually adjust the amount previously paid to an erroneous amount to make the invoice show only a $15. refund. I am an accountant, and all of this shows me someone who is intentionally defrauding customers assuming they won't check their receipts, as most likely do not. First, with charging me for insurance that I declined and then not providing a credit for the decrease in mileage actually used. The fact that the numbers would have to be manually adjusted to balance shows deceit. I have learned my lesson to not trust this office again. The employee should be fired or, at a minimum, disciplined.

YURII YThe place looked like a junkyard. The app couldn't find my location so I couldn't do the return. I reached out to the person for Meer and they told me not to worry and they would take care of it. Then I was charged an extra $100 for no reason the next day. Might never use uhaul again.

LUIZ OIt took me an hour to pick up the truck. App was not accepting truck photos and redirecting to start every time I was uploading photos of odometer. I started filling details at 4 pm and came out from the location at 5.05pm. Please improve the app and increase photo size limit. Thanks

Wanda BInside of trailer was dirty and I had to clean it out. There was a bunch of broken plaster from a job of some kind. That is the reason for the no on that question. It wasn’t a big deal at all, just being honest on the questions. The staff was amazing and super helpful. The instructions on after hours dropoff were really detailed and helpful, and I would definitely come here again. A+ staff and a really positive experience overall.

Hilda FThis was the worst customer experience that I have had in a long time. UHaul moved our reservation to this unstaffed junkyard 20 minutes away from our house and yes they charge for the extra mileage. There are about 20 hoops to jump through to pickup through a glitchy app because they are too cheap to staff anyone on site to assist. The van was dirty and the moving blankets they charged us for were not inside the van but there’s no one there so what can you do? After about twenty minutes we finally located the keys next to a dumpster and the padlock took 10 tries to get off. After all that we tried to leave and the junkyard gate that was open when we pulled in had locked behind us and there was no gate code provided to exit. Will never rent from U-HAUL again.
