Mike KI put 3 stars because at the time of making the reservation they say that it includes a dolly and does not bring it, the dolly is quite necessary and it is not the first time that happens to me, they should take it into account because in the reservation it includes it
JOSE OThe original reservation was a disaster. I had reserved a 6x12 trailer guaranteed. The Rez was made one month before scheduled pick up. I checked the online Rez 3 days prior and noticed a line that said equipment not available. I called the pickup point, no one answered and the voicemail box was full so you could not leave a message. I called U-Haul and they confirmed no trailer available despite guarantee. The closest they could find was 2 hours from my house.
