The system of electronic checkout was very high friction. the app was not behaving as it should. much of those steps could have been done prior to pickup with a warning of what was needed. For the pictures the truck was not parked to allow what looked like it was demanding of pictures. I intentionally got to the location before 6pm as I did not want to go through any non-attended experience.

3rd time using this location. Always easy
HARYJANOS BIt was my first time renting a U-Haul cargo van. Everything went relatively smoothly. I wish I had been instructed better on where to find the gas tank, what type of gas was required and the closest gas stations.
Diane KEXCELLENT rental experience. Staff at this location is extremely friendly and professional. Super good service, and very timely and efficient check-out and trailer hook-up experience. Very helpful with setting up the equipment, and doing a thorough walk-through. The drop off and return experience was also excellent and easy. VERY responsive staff via text, etc. and communication made the whole process seamless. HIGHLY recommend this location and team for any future rentals, and I really appreciate outstanding service!!!
