Peter is extremely competent and professional, and made the entire process quick and efficient. My only issue was that the u-haul app installed from the Apple App Store had glitches that made it unusable (namely: it would open and immediately closing upon 'Log-In' attempt. The behavior persisted despide repeated installations, iPhone restarts, etc.) For the same reason, the check-out via app was impossible (so again kudos to Peter that was available for a call on Saturday late afternoon. I hope you will test and correct the app soon.

I was overcharged for a 1 day rental. It was supposed to be 45.24 and I was charged over 140.00 for the the total rental. I added the same amount of gas. Only drove the vehicle for 10 miles and I returned it and followed the rules the same night!! I am very upset and I want my money that's due to me returned to me asap!

Eric VThe system of electronic checkout was very high friction. the app was not behaving as it should. much of those steps could have been done prior to pickup with a warning of what was needed. For the pictures the truck was not parked to allow what looked like it was demanding of pictures. I intentionally got to the location before 6pm as I did not want to go through any non-attended experience.
