The trailer was dirty inside on floor. A simple quick power wash would have had it clean in two minutes. We were moving mattresses and it was frustrating as were stacking them on dirty floor

Lourdes A.A uhaul rent equipment is for one day. I returned it just in 4 hours with the process noted in board. App that location share did not properly populate location at that time. I left the equipment with gas filled up to the level and clean. However, even then I was charged for $20 for overnight process fee. That is not correct. I have called and requested to refund that $20.
sundara S.The customer agent didn't advise me as to the return procedure and as a result I figured it out too late and was hit with the $20 after hours charge. Also...as soon as I arrived to pickup the truck I was advised the extras that I had ordered the week before (appliance dolly and blankets) were not available. If this was the case, why wasn't I informed earlier so that I could make alternate arrangements for those things. Edly P.when I searched for 405 Tidwell, Google maps took me to 405 Tidwell Rd instead of 405 Tidwell Dr. The location was residential. Called customer care and got it sorted out. Otherwise no other issues.

William H.I am really upset about the $20 after hours service fee. We did all the work getting the trailer unhitched etc and then you charge us $20! I will definitely not recommend to anyone. If I had known there would be a service fee I would have waited and returned this morning. Very disappointed

Christopher G.We were not notified that our pickup location had changed. We did not receive an email or text letting us know. Luckily, the associate at Meer Properties contacted us the day we were supposed to pickup the trailer. Otherwise, we would have not been able to pickup our equipment.
Daniel S.Trying to do self pick up was like a panic room game, little hints and lots of confusion. 37 min later a worker was there and we got truck. Ran rough, warning lights came on. Had to spend $39 on oil, etc to make it back, worried the whole time. Penske is our choice from now on, a little extra money is worth the peace of mind.
