The woman checking me in was very rude and disinterested. I had to do all the checking in on my phone with zero help from her. The truck was not clean, there were moving blankets all over the back of it and even some of the previous customers belongings. It was also completely out of gas. Finally, when I returned the truck I specifically asked them to check it in while I was there and they refused. The next day I got a call from Uhaul asking if I'd returned the truck since this location apparently never completed the check in.

RONIS RThis location took a long time to get me in and out of the truck. I ended up getting a call the next day asking if I ever dropped off the truck which I had about 20 hours prior meaning they never checked it in like they said. And when I received the truck the gas was 30 miles to empty.
Cynthia GThe rental location had no paperwork to show that I had ordered the truck. I used the mobile app to check out the truck, but still had to go inside to get the keys. And there's a hole in that process because that means you can't pick up a truck after hours which the app says you can do. There is a drop box to drop off the keys. But no way to pick them up if the location is closed. Also, the mobile app kept terminating, and I had to keep opening it to complete the next step. The mobile check-in process took over 15 minutes. Then I had to wait for them to figure out I could have the keys. In total, I lost 25 minutes of my time, including 10 minutes of my rental time waiting on the keys.
