The gal was nice and took care of us fine. It didn’t seem fair to me that a gas station clerk had to stop and spend so much time with us. There was only one other clerk with her. If they had been busy it would have affected gas station customers having to wait a long time and pressure on the other gal.

THOMAS HThe key wasn’t located where it was supposed to be, and it took the employee a while to find where the key was. I had to call customer service a few times because the app wasn’t working correctly to let me do a mobile check in. The process of getting my rental took almost an hour to complete, due to trying to track down the key, the freezing up a few times, including, not letting me upload the pictures of the vehicle. All in all…it was a terrible experience. Definitely way worse than I was expecting
