Very pleased with service. Would use and recommend again
Marcia IDrop off location was changed from the original Drop off. Person in charge of receiving Drop off was not Equipped to handle Drop off.
Alan NManager was very nice and explained everything well.
Joe CI had tried to rent a UHaul from a different location for 4 consecutive days, but that wasn't possible, given how it's "moving season" so I switched to just one day but the guy for customer service switched me to this location, as it had cheaper mileage and was a newer place. I really appreciated that, as a college student, and when we brought the truck back, the lady that was there was super nice and helpful in figuring out the app!
