The guy was very nice, and I believe he was acting within what knowledge he had, your website very clearly states that I could rent a uhaul truck of 10' and up with my debit card (which is considered "prepaid" because it is a revolut brand card, I do not have a "bank account" thru a major bank, the website also stated that I'd be able to put 100 cash deposit on the truck/ pay cash for the truck at the location, this was not the case, I made the reservation with my card , and when I arrived there, my card was suddenly not allowed, he ended up trying my husbands card and despite that card also being a "prepaid" card, it went thru. This was all very confusing and was obvious that uhauls posted policies do not match what they teach their outlets. I was also under the impression that I was just picking up the uhaul at this location, not that I also had to take it all the way back to that location after I was asked by you guys to pick up the truck at a location that was MUCH further away for me , you guys gave me .20 cents off per mile but. My $16.99 rate turned into a total of $81 (I elected the safe trip insurance) but due to you guys over booking was pushed to Ankeny and ended up doubling my miles. This was not a great experience at all

The app wouldn't work properly it took longer than it should have to check in I needed the truck for 5 hours and because of the app issues I only got it for maybe 4 hours and trying to contact someone would have taken another 20 to 30 minutes of time I didn't have. The amount I paid was not worth the service received.
