The only thing I noticed was when I tried to pull down the closing door it wouldn’t go down far enough and I had to really lam it as best. I could just get it to where it would catch that release and lock other than that. Everything was great. Yep it drove all nice and had been well-maintained. I thought at first it was a brand new vehicle so yes, I will be recommending the U-Haul process. Thank you very much James .

Train the people better who have to process you when you arrive to pick up the truck. She had to ask for phone support and the process was repeated multiple times before she was successful. I was there about half an hour before I could finally drive away. I wasn't home in time for my movers and I was very anxious. PS She was a very NICE lady.
