Everything was great. The rating reflects the poor customer service process. In my case the gas station who issued the truck claimed they were just a store UHaul used to rent trucks and that they could not help me with any rental issues such as questions about my invoice nor would they explain anything about the charges. Your main office phone contact would not help me, stating my rental issues and questions needed to be handled by the location who rented the truck. A big frustrating circus! Outside of the very last piece of poor customer service by the rental location manager everything was perfect. Truck was good, cost was very good and location was great. Last piece failed which is a shame because it left me stressed and angered for no good reason.

U haul changed the location that I wanted to this, you didn’t bother to tell me that there was no official office inside the gas station and that the hours online are not even irrelevant because you can go by what the gas station‘s hours are. Not all employees at the gas station had been trained on uhaul check in and out. I got charged for equipment that I didn’t even rent. This all added to the stress that I already had going with his move The app didn’t work on pickup either.

It is out of a gas station where nobody is able to log into their stuff to rent out trucks, took almost an hour to pick up. Dropping off was worse cause when I went to drop off the keys, the lady just said “oh I don’t know how to do that, you’ll have to figure it out”.

Seat belt warning alarm beeping while seat belt was connected. Several tries re connecting no good.
