I reserved a 15' truck at one location near my home in Council Bluffs, only to be told several days later that the truck I reserved was not available at that location and I was forced to pick up the truck from a different location further from my home, resulting in additional mileage fees to me for something out of my control. When I arrived to pick up the truck the clerk had no idea how to do the paperwork, therefore my checkout process took over 30 minutes to complete. This location was a convenient store and was clearly not equiped to rent moving trucks. i will not return.
