MARY GVery impressed with the truck and the transaction in general.
Steven JRented a truck and an appliance dolly online. When I arrived to pick them up was told there was no dolly available at the location. Attendant told me I was out of luck and needed to find my dolly elsewhere. Pretty much killed my move since I could move appliances and safe.

TRACY MHonestly, the instructions for renting your trucks are pretty self explanatory. I would highly recommend using the online rental portal for folks to reserve the truck. Other than that, I have nothing but GOOD experiences with this U-Haul location and 10/10 I would rent here again!!

SCOTT EAttempted to drop off the truck after getting gas at their location. The worker claimed he was new and didn’t know how to receive the truck. He began to yell and curse at me in his lobby. Took the keys from me, verified nothing about the truck, and told me to just call somebody. Could not have ended worse for me and my family after spending $720 with your company and driving 8 hours.
Chris BThe outside & inside of the truck was filthy dirty. The latch on the slide up door jammed so where given another filthy dirty truck. The cab had pop sprayed all over the inside that wasn’t cleaned up. I would never use the Mega Saver on 25th & Capehart in Bellevue, NE

Youssoufi DDECREASE THE TAXES AND FEES ON THE RENTALS. SAYS $19.95, BUT I ENDED UP PAYING OVER $71 FOR LESS THAN 4 HOURS OF TIME MOVING. LEFT GAS TANK FULL, SON NOT SURE WHY ALL THE EXTRA CHARGES OTHER THAN THE $15 INSURANCE I ANGREED TO.

ANDREW HCabin was dirty and had sticky stuff on the dash. I also ordered a rental of a set of moving blankets and the location did not have them. They took it off of my bill but I had to waste an hour of time amd money going to a store to buy some at much more cost than the rental. The site is convenient and the employees tried to be helpful, but I will not use this location again.
WILLIAM WThe truck did not have a quarter tank of fuel, it was less then 1/8th with 24 miles to empty per the dashboard message. I took photos during the text link truck check-in. I only drove 17 miles and put 3.94 gallons of fuel in when I picked it up because it was so low. When I turned it in it had more fuel in it than when I picked it up with 47 miles remaining. I was charged a $30 fueling service fee plus $4.25 per gallon (I paid $2.53 per gallon at the station I picked up the truck). The truck has a 40-gallon tank and I was charged for 10 gallons...that is BS because the truck was not dry when I returned it...there was more fuel in it than when I picked it up.
ANDREW TEverything was good until my husband discovered the furniture dolly and mattress pads we requested wasn't in the truck. As a result, it took much longer than expected to get everything unloaded. We had to rush to return the truck on time. But the good news is I was refunded and charged appropriately. My only suggestion is to make sure to double check that everything is available and possibly hire more staff because the gentleman was alone with a really long line.

TERRON GI’m gonna do my best to keep this on a positive note. The customer service was spot on. We were in and out with no problems. The truck served its purpose. To haul stuff. However. Whoever had the truck before us without a doubt had cats in the front cab. And there is absolutely no doubt they urinated and deficated all over. The odor was horrific. My boy and I had to drive with the heater on blast, our hoodies pulled up, with the windows all the way down on the interstate. He’s allergic to cats. So I had to pull over at a Walgreens and get him Benadryl to calm his excessive sneezing and hacking. This was not a great experience. Please odor bomb that truck asap before somebody this happens to the next person.
JUSTIN BThe interior of the cab was full of dried mud. The cargo compartment was not swept out.
Dereck TTruck was parked at the edge of a hill making it difficult for the pictures we needed for the app. Gas was at 1/8 of a tank when we picked up. We immediately had to spend $150 to fill up the tank. Absolutely terrible for the customer. I don't think anyone at the pick-up site actually checked the trucks.

STEVEN CI booked (on-line) the smallest tuck that had a ramp and an appliance dolly. I only had to move a washer and dryer. Got to the store and was told I had been "Upgraded" to a 20-foot truck and he did not have an appliance dolly. Didn't want or need the larger truck and i needed the dolly. The smaller truck was not on the lot. Since I was pressed for time, I took the bigger truck and had to pay more for an appliance dolly at a rental company. I will say that he did call several other U-Haul locations and no one had a dolly. Additionally, the cab and back end of the truck were dirty. The truck ran okay.

JEROME MMake sure that said location has a designated area for picking up rentals. This U-Hual is located inside a gas station that has limited area.
Jodi PNothing, the lady there was wonderful. We originally reserved one in Bellevuenon Main street and they never returned my calls or were there for me to pick up the truck. I called her (red hair) and she got me into a truck in 20 minutes because I was so frustrated. She was so kind and wonderful. I would use them again. Please use them if your in that area. Thank you so much.
Rhonda HThe uhaul was not ready to be rented when I arrived on time for my reservation. The person at the front counter couldn’t multitask and instead of helping me, made me wait for over 20 minutes until gas station customers stopped coming in until she figured out the rental contract. When I attempted to return the uhaul, it wouldn’t let me do it on the app. The guy at the front counter (different person) didn’t know how to return the uhaul and told me I should just wait…. It is clear that this location does not train their staff on how the uhaul side of business works. I’ll definitely use a different location next time.

jerome mLocation under construction, but overall, still easy to access and obtain my rental. Employee explained all fees and verified that requested equipment was available on the truck, which it was not, however he did remove it from my rental. Was very impressed with the customer service.

When I went to pay the employees just told me to leave the truck there and they would take care of it from there. Great service. Easy to drop off.
