I was overcharged on the mileage. I absolutely DID NOT drive 65 miles in the rental truck. We drove to my home 2 miles always and then 10 miles to my daughter’s new apartment complex. We then drove straight back to drop the rental truck, which is less than 10 miles from there. I advised I would drive 30 miles in the truck and that’s what we did. We dropped the truck off a little after 9:30pm, not 3:15am, handing the keys directly to an employee. We asked if they wanted to come check it out or if we needed to do anything else. We were told no. Then I get an invoice for 65 miles, which is impossible. This is not ok. The employees were kind and that is a positive. The location is also conveniently located.

Only one person at a busy gas station. Everyone in line went before me. The young lady literally rang them up first and made me wait. It was a 15-20 minute process to get out the door. The worse pickup experience I’ve ever had to get a u- haul
James WThis was a very terrible experience considering how much better it could and should have been with the most basic of maintenance and customer service. The first attempt at picking up the rental van, the van itself was parked so poorly and askew the box part of the van was close to hitting a light pole. It wasn't maneuverable out of its parking spot without hitting the pole! Talk about setting your customer up for failure, property damage to the gas station and damage to the vehicle too! So much liability taken on by multiple parties that could be negated with simple parking signs or instructions. Due to this situation, I was given a second van. This van was dirty inside the cab, littered with debris and pistachio shells. Further, it was close to empty, and the emergency brake light/sensor was broken. What this translated to is hours of the emergency brake warning dinging constantly. I probably would have had a better experience renting from a junk yard. I would not recommend this service to anyone who wants their day to go smoothly. But I would recommend that UHaul live up to the basic expectations of preventative maintenance and customer service. This place is an accident waiting to happen.
Dawn MWeb sit stated they had a 15 fr truck so I reserved the 15ft truck. They didn’t have one so I had to take a 20 foot and I had to pay extra for it.
Stephanie PLocation is also a gas station. I waited for over 30 minutes while the clerk bounced between me and helping customers. She was the only employee working This location has not had the dolly’s or pads the last two times I reserved a U-Haul here. Very offensive rap music too loud in the business
