From checkout to check in representatives should be trained on the entire process. Not let the customers assume on their own. Explain the procedures and functions of the vehicles.

The vehicle I used had an ignition switch that periodically stuck. That could prove itself to be a safety hazard.
PERRY JConvenient location near our home, efficient process to rent the truck we used. The combination of U-haul's web site and a friendly staff made this a very good experience. The truck itself was ready, clean and easy to drive. Good A/C too. Renting from U-haul was more cost effective than renting a truck for the home center. While their advertised cost is low, the clock would have been running while we made our purchase, drove home, unloaded and then a return trip.
