Location is also a gas station. I waited for over 30 minutes while the clerk bounced between me and helping customers. She was the only employee working This location has not had the dolly’s or pads the last two times I reserved a U-Haul here. Very offensive rap music too loud in the business

All lights were on in the truck when you get it and it feels like if it breaks your responsible for all of it tire pressure light was on an some other major lights also charged me 85.00 then up charging me another 100 something dollars when I went 15 mins back n fourth wasn’t that far of a drive. Guy was not very helpful when I was trying to get the key out of the box as it was my first time doing it and got frustrated like I should know how to do it.

Travis TStaff members had no idea how to get me my reserved U-Haul and tried to get me to just cancel it. I had to call support and speak to management so he could talk them through it, which he was lovely, but the staff were annoyed and less than happy and helpful even with the guidance.
