I am submitting a formal complaint regarding my U-Haul reservation and the conduct of the individual I spoke with at Armor Storage in Papillion. Our U-Haul was originally reserved for Friday, January 23. On Thursday, January 22, the moving company we booked through U-Haul contacted us to inform us they could not move us until Saturday, January 24 due to weather. I immediately called Armor Storage to reschedule the U-Haul reservation. The individual I spoke with was extremely rude and dismissive throughout the call. After significant back-and-forth, he eventually stated that our reservation had been rescheduled for Saturday, January 24. Later that evening, I checked the U-Haul app and discovered no changes had been made to our reservation. To avoid dealing with the same individual again, I used U-Haul’s text support service, where another representative successfully rescheduled us — however, only at a different location, resulting in significantly more mileage and inconvenience than originally planned. This situation caused unnecessary stress during an already difficult move, and the lack of follow-through combined with unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. I am requesting that U-Haul: • Review the recorded call from January 22 • Address the conduct of the Armor Storage representative • Consider compensation or a mileage adjustment due to the inconvenience caused by the failure to properly reschedule our reservation I appreciate your time and any compensation and look forward to your response.

We rented our 20’ moving truck from a MegaSaver, it was the closest to us. They didn’t have any equipment that we rented. The female attendant was extremely rude when picking up our rental truck, and when we returned it a few hours later was of no help. We received our truck at 3/4 of a tank, we were told that our tank was full at the time of renting the truck. We took a picture for evidence, showed the attendant that it was only at 3/4 tank when dropping the truck back off. We were assured we wouldn’t be charged a fuel fee and to only fill it back up to 3/4 of a tank, the level it was at when we received it. When we received our receipt a couple hours later, they charged us the remainder fuel fee to fill it back up to a full tank. We called the MegaSaver and explained that we were overcharged. Again, they were extremely rude and of no help. Basically telling us it wasn’t their fault and we had to call U-Haul directly. The U-Haul customer service representative, Joshua Hill, was outstanding. He refunded the fee and made it right. However, we will never be going back to that MegaSaver. Rent your U-Haul from somewhere else.

We didn’t have the dolly in the truck when we arrived and didn’t see it wasn’t there until we got back home and needed it and had to drive all the way back to get a dolly.

I was Fortunate to have a truck to get done what I needed. It wasn’t the truck I ordered but it Was bigger and they honored the original rate. Quick and easy return! Very nice people!

I had ordered and paid for a Dolly along with my rental. I guess I should have opened the truck to make sure it was in there. Once I got all the way back to my house and opened the truck, there was no dolly in there. I did call back to the rental location and they took the charge off of my bill, but it made it more difficult to move some of my furniture without the dolly.

Staff is not well trained on Uhaul rental, I had to wait for about an hour for a manager to arrive to assist with truck rental. That’s 2nd time I rented out from this location. Most likely next time I would choose a different one. Once manager arrived it took him 5 minutes to get me the keys for the truck. Customer before me had the same issue.

Wrong truck, appliance dolly not available. They had me look through the entire fleet they had to see if one was in the wrong truck. Attendant was inexperienced, called her supervisor to walk her through the process. Original pickup time was 0700. I left a little after 0800, with a truck larger than I requested and no dolly. To top it off, I was charged for the dolly!!! Called customer service to have it removed from my bill! No issue with UHAUL but I will NEVER rent from this location again, and make sure I tell others likewise!!!!

The staff had no idea how to manage a reservation. We had to wait for someone else to come help us. He took my phone and made changes to my account which further complicated things. It wasted an hour of time. I ended up calling the U-Haul customer service to handle it myself. I will never use uhaul again. This was the second location we attempted after being stood up the day prior.

They called the day before to let me know they weren't even open when we needed the uhaul so zero help & at that point we had no time to go elsewhere so really crappy!! We had to do it all via uhaul app! No, I wouldn't recommend this ever to someone I liked but absolutely someone I don't like!

Rented a truck and an appliance dolly online. When I arrived to pick them up was told there was no dolly available at the location. Attendant told me I was out of luck and needed to find my dolly elsewhere. Pretty much killed my move since I could move appliances and safe.

Honestly, the instructions for renting your trucks are pretty self explanatory. I would highly recommend using the online rental portal for folks to reserve the truck. Other than that, I have nothing but GOOD experiences with this U-Haul location and 10/10 I would rent here again!!

Attempted to drop off the truck after getting gas at their location. The worker claimed he was new and didn’t know how to receive the truck. He began to yell and curse at me in his lobby. Took the keys from me, verified nothing about the truck, and told me to just call somebody. Could not have ended worse for me and my family after spending $720 with your company and driving 8 hours.

The outside & inside of the truck was filthy dirty. The latch on the slide up door jammed so where given another filthy dirty truck. The cab had pop sprayed all over the inside that wasn’t cleaned up. I would never use the Mega Saver on 25th & Capehart in Bellevue, NE

DECREASE THE TAXES AND FEES ON THE RENTALS. SAYS $19.95, BUT I ENDED UP PAYING OVER $71 FOR LESS THAN 4 HOURS OF TIME MOVING. LEFT GAS TANK FULL, SON NOT SURE WHY ALL THE EXTRA CHARGES OTHER THAN THE $15 INSURANCE I ANGREED TO.

Cabin was dirty and had sticky stuff on the dash. I also ordered a rental of a set of moving blankets and the location did not have them. They took it off of my bill but I had to waste an hour of time amd money going to a store to buy some at much more cost than the rental. The site is convenient and the employees tried to be helpful, but I will not use this location again.

The truck did not have a quarter tank of fuel, it was less then 1/8th with 24 miles to empty per the dashboard message. I took photos during the text link truck check-in. I only drove 17 miles and put 3.94 gallons of fuel in when I picked it up because it was so low. When I turned it in it had more fuel in it than when I picked it up with 47 miles remaining. I was charged a $30 fueling service fee plus $4.25 per gallon (I paid $2.53 per gallon at the station I picked up the truck). The truck has a 40-gallon tank and I was charged for 10 gallons...that is BS because the truck was not dry when I returned it...there was more fuel in it than when I picked it up.

Everything was good until my husband discovered the furniture dolly and mattress pads we requested wasn't in the truck. As a result, it took much longer than expected to get everything unloaded. We had to rush to return the truck on time. But the good news is I was refunded and charged appropriately. My only suggestion is to make sure to double check that everything is available and possibly hire more staff because the gentleman was alone with a really long line.

I’m gonna do my best to keep this on a positive note. The customer service was spot on. We were in and out with no problems. The truck served its purpose. To haul stuff. However. Whoever had the truck before us without a doubt had cats in the front cab. And there is absolutely no doubt they urinated and deficated all over. The odor was horrific. My boy and I had to drive with the heater on blast, our hoodies pulled up, with the windows all the way down on the interstate. He’s allergic to cats. So I had to pull over at a Walgreens and get him Benadryl to calm his excessive sneezing and hacking. This was not a great experience. Please odor bomb that truck asap before somebody this happens to the next person.

Truck was parked at the edge of a hill making it difficult for the pictures we needed for the app. Gas was at 1/8 of a tank when we picked up. We immediately had to spend $150 to fill up the tank. Absolutely terrible for the customer. I don't think anyone at the pick-up site actually checked the trucks.
