Yall change mevall these extra fees the truck was dirty when u rented it and the back of truck was empty .u just try to get extra money any way u can
LAJUANA W.The truck was not available for mobile check in. I had to wait for the pick up location to open, which pushed back my moving schedule. I also reserved moving blankets, furniture dolly, appliance dolly, and a hand truck. This location had none of these. I had to complete my move without these necessary items. Extremely upset with Uhaul Corporate for not advising me that this pick up location is not set up for having accessory equipment. Will never do business with Uhaul again!

Charles E.When the customer drops off the rental may it be 2 minutes before closing or not give them an opportunity to get a printed receipt. I was not given this opportunity.
Jerry Y.Mr.Napp is very rude. He does not care about the customer his associate Tonia did not care that I was reporting that the power steering is bad in this uhaul. She told me to check the power steering myself which is very unprofessional. Mr.Napp was very sexist

David W.very bad experience didn't put attention but I told them that I need to rent the car hauler one way trip to Milwaukee and they say it was going to be 89 per day and it came out to be 300 because it was one way and I told them that it was one way so they did not put no attention to me very bad had to pay more money that I should have because I didn't put no attention to me bad location where I picked it up I'm ready to talk to corporate about this
Gualberto V.Asked for and was told I had a one way contract. When it comes time to turn truck in, we're not in the U-Haul system. I review the contract...it's a local rental. So, I'm told I can either return it to the origin location, or pay the wrong location fee which is 3X the rental fee. When you're 65 miles away, this is not acceptable

Jeffrey D.Meineke's fault, but it took over an hour to check in do to computer problems at corporate after I already spent an hour trying to "Express" check in. But even worse, Uhaul sent me hear after I reserved a truck, trailer, hand truck, and a dozen blankets. when I got here they didn't have the hand truck or blankets. So after I checked in I had to find another Uhaul place to get these items and went through the same hour plus check in while I had workers at my house waiting to load the truck. One word "Ridiculous". Definitely will look at Ryder or someone else next time.
