Reserved for pickup in Athens, Ga. Actual pickup location changed to Gainesville (45 miles away). The handtruck and furniture dolly were not available at pickup location. Check in took 45 minutes because online system would not allow us to select drop off location already on the reservation. You would have to task a team of creatives to create a worse experience.
