You may have had the truck serviced, but you forgot to reset the oil life timer. I had to sit in Amarillo for 3 hours to get roadside assistance to confirm that I could keep driving the truck. That ruined our time for getting home. If they don't service trucks at most locations, it would be helpful to be able to look up a maintenance record than having to wait 2+ hours for someone to stare at it, top of a fluid and push a button to verify that I won't be ruining the engine. It was extremely irritating. It's probably not the locations fault, but I don't know who's responsible for it.
