If you tell a customer they won't be charged for a day of equipment is returned by midnight, that should be honored, regardless of if the employee that stated that was wrong. I am a Uhaul storage customer and have spent $2500 in the past year, so I was assuming the discount mentioned for using a Uhaul storage facility would be honored but this was wrong as well.

No one available despite midday arrival. I left the trailer in the back where other trucks and trailers were located, after calling twice without answer. Finally called one last time as I was pulling away and phone was answered. Was told abruptly to just leave it and nothing else needed.

I went to pick up my rental at 945 for 10 am and didn't end up with it until almost 11 because they couldn't get signed into their system. Wasted over an hour of my moving time and lost some of my help. They sent me elsewhere then I was sent back. Huge hassle.

I was a bit confused as we did sweep out the truck and folded the blankets and we did not receive a $25 credit. There was a sign inside the cab that said if we did those things we would get a credit.

The U-Haul was very dirty both inside and outside. Amidst so many concerns of virus and cleanliness, cleaning the equipment should be a very high priority before handing it over to a customer.

After having an experience from HELL with the Uhaul corporation, the guy said he would get to it in a few days. I asked if he could give me some sort of paperwork to show it was turned in on time and not damaged I'd appreciate it. He told me I had to wait 30+ minutes because their primary business (Meineke) was backed up.

It would be beneficial if there was some way that when a customer "purchases" packing supplies, that if the place the rental is picked up at would have the needed packing supplies. When I placed my order for boxes and packing paper it took my order, but when I went to pick up the truck and boxes,they did not have ANY inventory on supplies so if I needed them badly I would have had to drive across town out of my way. UHaul needs to come up with a system to check with the location for supplies. (Even the gentleman I picked the truck up from said that it is frustrating because when an order is placed, supply availability at the location is checked on.)

Very upset on two counts. First, having my reservation changed the night before pickup, on a Sunday when I couldn't do a thing about it, from a location 5 minutes from me to one a half hour away. Second, I was supposed to get an upgrade to a 20 foot truck "for my inconvenience" but the new location had no 20 foot trucks available. Unlikely I will ever risk using U-Haul again.

attached an unfair 57.00 charge at last minute that was unfair. Would not explain charge and said to take it up with Uhaul corporate. will be disputing unwarranted charge with credit card company if uhaul billing can not rectify.

Clerk was rude and unprofessional, said “ he didn't work for u-haul, he just rented there equipment”. no appliance dolly was provided. First location I went which is where I reserved the truck did not have a truck available. Had to drive across town. I will recommend u-haul to anyone after this terrible experience.

I had a one o'cloc appointment to pick up a uhaul trailer. When I arrived on time, I was told that there wasn't anyone present capable of processing the transaction. The “boss” was at lunch and would be back in about 15 minutes. While frustrated due to this being during my own lunch break, I couldn't do anything but weight. After weight 5-10 minutes, I was advised the “boss” had been contacted and would not be back for 45 minutes. I had no choice but to leave. I wanted to change locations but no other location in the area was open past 5. When I returned to the location later to pick up the trailer, I was offered no apology for the inconvenience this had caused. The transaction was processed and I was advised the trailer was out back. This is a Meineke Car Care business. My experience get like Uhaul is nothing but an inconvenience to this business. The Uhaul brand should not be satisfied with the level of service provided here.

Had to wait 30 mins to get service at uhaul store. Then when Trying to return truck to uhaul center was told that I could not it had to be returned to rented from location even though my contract said I could return to any uhaul location. This resulted in me getting charged for about 13 more miles and having to get more gas to put it truck.

Did not offer to help me unhitch the trailer, and was to busy to give me a receipt for drop off. Manager or his representative said he'd check it in later and sen me an email. I had to call go-uhaul 3 days after I dropped trailer off to inquire why I hadn't received a confirmation of my drop off. I dropped the trailer off on Monday 10/30 @ 4pm and did not get a confirmation until Thursday 11/02.

The entire process can be improved. I am a single female renting a truck so I was ignored. Not ask if I wanted anything else. like a dolly, which I ended up not getting. None of the add on rates were explained, I was over charged, ect.

It took multiple tries in the computer system for my rental to be completed. It was pouring rain so the agent did not go out & check the vehicle before we left. Once I was already on the road, I realized the air conditioning was not working properly. It was only blowing hot air. I had to drive over 200 miles with no air conditioning. I returned the vehicle one day early as well. This was a huge inconvenience. Please contact me regarding this issue.

Associate does not help with trailer hook up or checking lights. With a 6x12 trailer, one person cannot do the trailer hook up.

I had a small problem - I was originally given the wrong truck. I got a call about 5 minutes after I left to return the truck I was originally given. Not a big problem. Overall service was good.

Did pick up by phone. Got the truck it was dirty, and had a coolent light on. Also the ramp was broken and just laid in the truck. However the guy in the shop was excellent.
