I was a bit confused as we did sweep out the truck and folded the blankets and we did not receive a $25 credit. There was a sign inside the cab that said if we did those things we would get a credit.

The U-Haul was very dirty both inside and outside. Amidst so many concerns of virus and cleanliness, cleaning the equipment should be a very high priority before handing it over to a customer.

After having an experience from HELL with the Uhaul corporation, the guy said he would get to it in a few days. I asked if he could give me some sort of paperwork to show it was turned in on time and not damaged I’d appreciate it. He told me I had to wait 30+ minutes because their primary business (Meineke) was backed up.

It would be beneficial if there was some way that when a customer "purchases" packing supplies, that if the place the rental is picked up at would have the needed packing supplies. When I placed my order for boxes and packing paper it took my order, but when I went to pick up the truck and boxes,they did not have ANY inventory on supplies so if I needed them badly I would have had to drive across town out of my way. UHaul needs to come up with a system to check with the location for supplies. (Even the gentleman I picked the truck up from said that it is frustrating because when an order is placed, supply availability at the location is checked on.)

Very upset on two counts. First, having my reservation changed the night before pickup, on a Sunday when I couldn't do a thing about it, from a location 5 minutes from me to one a half hour away. Second, I was supposed to get an upgrade to a 20 foot truck "for my inconvenience" but the new location had no 20 foot trucks available. Unlikely I will ever risk using U-Haul again.

attached an unfair 57.00 charge at last minute that was unfair. Would not explain charge and said to take it up with Uhaul corporate. will be disputing unwarranted charge with credit card company if uhaul billing can not rectify.

Clerk was rude and unprofessional, said “ he didn’t work for u-haul, he just rented there equipment”. no appliance dolly was provided. First location I went which is where I reserved the truck did not have a truck available. Had to drive across town. I will recommend u-haul to anyone after this terrible experience.

I had a one o’cloc appointment to pick up a uhaul trailer. When I arrived on time, I was told that there wasn’t anyone present capable of processing the transaction. The “boss” was at lunch and would be back in about 15 minutes. While frustrated due to this being during my own lunch break, I couldn’t do anything but weight. After weight 5-10 minutes, I was advised the “boss” had been contacted and would not be back for 45 minutes. I had no choice but to leave. I wanted to change locations but no other location in the area was open past 5. When I returned to the location later to pick up the trailer, I was offered no apology for the inconvenience this had caused. The transaction was processed and I was advised the trailer was out back. This is a Meineke Car Care business. My experience get like Uhaul is nothing but an inconvenience to this business. The Uhaul brand should not be satisfied with the level of service provided here.
