No one told me when I had to have the uhaul back by, so I got charged for late day fees when my confirmation email receipt didnt clarify a time. But hey just $40 right? Not a big deal at all... not going through this again.

Too many trucks for the area. Had issues parking truck. One vehicle with trailer blocked the entrance to the area. Complete inconvenience. Utility dollies were not with vehicle. After multiple attempts to get this reimbursed I was redirected multiple times with no resolution. After finally speaking to customer service was told it would reflect when I returned the vehicle and I would not be charged. Upon return of the vehicle I was charged still. Not happy. Vehicle was not clean in the truck after full inspection. Will NOT be recommending U-Haul specifically THIS location.

Explain the contract. Odometers reading on contract was less than on the truck. They said they just brought it back from tire store replacing two rear tires. I am guessing that is why. Charging for another day when you couldn’t have rented the truck is excessive. On top of that, it is my understanding the location isn’t open on Sunday either. Is your additional revenue of $35 worth a disappointed and frustrated customer?

Getting a car hauler was an absolute nightmare however! Was planning on leaving at 6 am and did not get on the road till almost 4 pm. Had to visit 3 different locations to be redirected out of state to get a hauler! Was please in the end however was a 2 hr drive round trip to get the hauler.

The man we got the truck from did not understand how to use the computer. It took us 30 minutes just for him to figure out how to get through the program to get our truck and dolly number. Once we got that he made us find everything and attach it to the truck. Once we were inside of the truck it was very dirty. The was garbage everywhere.

No one had information regarding Berea, Kentucky's drop-off site and told me the U-Haul trailer would have to be taken to Louisville, Kentucky many miles away to drop off. My son had seen the Berea site so we took it there when we unloaded the vehicle from it.

The person at this location was like he didn't know what he was doing. I explained over the phone that I do not have that much on my credit card to charge and he had said that if I paid cash there would be a deposit. So I made the payment to my credit card and found out they held my payment for a few extra days. I called the facility and explained to him the situation and he said just bring in cash. He did not say there would still be a deposit. I had my brother meet me there since my funds were tied up on CC and he was going to use his CC and he said that he had to be on the application to use his CC. It was a frustrating experience.

the rig we rented ran like crap. the back had bolts in it from whoever rented it last. because it was a holiday there was no one at the rental location to complain to. we just had to power through while wasting a very large amount of fuel because of how crappy the rig was running. the check out was easy and had good customer service. the online reservation side of things was a bit of a pain and not very user-friendly.
