No one told me when I had to have the uhaul back by, so I got charged for late day fees when my confirmation email receipt didnt clarify a time. But hey just $40 right? Not a big deal at all... not going through this again.

Too many trucks for the area. Had issues parking truck. One vehicle with trailer blocked the entrance to the area. Complete inconvenience. Utility dollies were not with vehicle. After multiple attempts to get this reimbursed I was redirected multiple times with no resolution. After finally speaking to customer service was told it would reflect when I returned the vehicle and I would not be charged. Upon return of the vehicle I was charged still. Not happy. Vehicle was not clean in the truck after full inspection. Will NOT be recommending U-Haul specifically THIS location.

Explain the contract. Odometers reading on contract was less than on the truck. They said they just brought it back from tire store replacing two rear tires. I am guessing that is why. Charging for another day when you couldn’t have rented the truck is excessive. On top of that, it is my understanding the location isn’t open on Sunday either. Is your additional revenue of $35 worth a disappointed and frustrated customer?

Getting a car hauler was an absolute nightmare however! Was planning on leaving at 6 am and did not get on the road till almost 4 pm. Had to visit 3 different locations to be redirected out of state to get a hauler! Was please in the end however was a 2 hr drive round trip to get the hauler.

The man we got the truck from did not understand how to use the computer. It took us 30 minutes just for him to figure out how to get through the program to get our truck and dolly number. Once we got that he made us find everything and attach it to the truck. Once we were inside of the truck it was very dirty. The was garbage everywhere.

No one had information regarding Berea, Kentucky's drop-off site and told me the U-Haul trailer would have to be taken to Louisville, Kentucky many miles away to drop off. My son had seen the Berea site so we took it there when we unloaded the vehicle from it.

The person at this location was like he didn't know what he was doing. I explained over the phone that I do not have that much on my credit card to charge and he had said that if I paid cash there would be a deposit. So I made the payment to my credit card and found out they held my payment for a few extra days. I called the facility and explained to him the situation and he said just bring in cash. He did not say there would still be a deposit. I had my brother meet me there since my funds were tied up on CC and he was going to use his CC and he said that he had to be on the application to use his CC. It was a frustrating experience.

the rig we rented ran like crap. the back had bolts in it from whoever rented it last. because it was a holiday there was no one at the rental location to complain to. we just had to power through while wasting a very large amount of fuel because of how crappy the rig was running. the check out was easy and had good customer service. the online reservation side of things was a bit of a pain and not very user-friendly.

When I reserved the truck it said I had to do the truck share 24/7 option. When I picked up the truck, I followed all the steps until it was time to get the key. In order to get the key, I had to find the “service counter.” Signage and direction to where this was, was poor. I then had to wait for 15 minutes behind other people that didn’t have reservations. That was 15 minutes of my rental period. The inside of the truck was muddy, the dollies, were coated in dirt. I understand moving is dusty and dirty, but hose things down if they get dirty. I will be unlikely to rent from this location again.

The man running the computer needs more training. I had to show him where to click to continue in the program. He also canceled our insurance I’d already paid for and I didn’t realize it until it was too late. He was friendly, just needs more training.

Clean the vehicles between users. The vehicle wasn't filthy, but I found personal items belonging to a previous user and a small amount of trash in the vehicle. Overall all though very unhappy with this experience as the vehicle I was confirmed for ended up going to someone else, even with my confirmed reservation. Confirmed for a different truck at a different location, went to pick it up and was told that it wasn't actually due back til the next day. Ended up having to go to a 3rd location, 80 miles out of my way. This was a one way trip and uhauls reservation "mix up" added 2 days to this trip for which I flew into town for. Very frustrating to stay the least...especially when you're told on the phone that the reservation confirmation isn't REALLY a confirmation.

We weren’t told that the place we had to return trailer closed at 2pm so when we went to drop it off, no one was there. Called u-haul, first person we talked to said we could not leave a trailer if no one was there to receive it, so i asked what we were supposed to do because we wetent staying in that town and still had to drive home, mind you we has already been on hold waiting to talk to someone for 25 minutes. First gal we talked to apparently didn’t want to deal with me so she transferred us and we were back on hold for another 10 minutes, same thing happened 4 times, two times they didnt even tell us they were trasferring us, we were thinking they were trying to figure out what we should do and it would just go back to the on hold recording and we would wait and then someone new would pick up and ask us what we needed so we would have to explain our situation again. Finally the 5th person we talked to said you can just leave it. Never will recommend uhaul to anyone and we will never use uhaul again!!

Caught them, 15 minutes before they were closing on Friday. They had to stay a few minutes late, but we're more than happy to. I was supposed to meet my daughter and her roommate at Stanfield, but they lost their water Pump in Boardman Or. They were helpful, genuinely nice, and made my inconvenient expierence feel better. Thank you for your great customer service!
