GRETA DI paid everything online and requested no insurance as my personal insurance covers everything. At time of pickup, they added an additional coverage that I wasn’t aware of and only found out at time of drop off.
GABRIEL CReturned trailer a day early. Staff unhooked and inspected trailer, stated they were going you check in trailer. Trailer wasn't checked un until 2 days later, which I only found out because I received a charge for an extra day. Staff said they would correct and credit my card. Still waiting for credit to process.
Michael WGentleman who helped us after a terrible overall experience was friendly kind and informative. This was the worst uhaul booking I have ever had with so many things wrong but he was able to help us and turn our day around with his kindness.
