The experience seemed to be very confusing . When the trailer was ordered, I asked if they had all of the information that was needed for my nephew to pick up the trailer. The answer was yes. But when he went to pick it up it took an hour and half to pick up the trailer. Then for the return we were told that we would have to take it 20 plus miles to return it. When in fact we were able to return it here Shelton. So very very confusing...

When I arrived at 9:00a (my scheduled pickup time), the guy who assisted with checking the truck out told me said he didn't have any trucks ready to go and that it would be at least a 30 minute wait. He then proceeded to ask where I was going and he said that he didn't have any trucks available that weren't going to end up back at his shop when they were done with. After presenting him with my confirmation number, he then proceeded to grab the keys for the truck that was ready and available. Upon paying, I was never told of the $100 deposit that was being tacked onto the original payment. The guy ringing me up hit the 'accept' button on the card reader rather than allowing me to do so before explaining that the deposit would be returned upon delivery.

William JWhen a customer returns a rental don’t just take the keys and tell them bye without inspecting the vehicle! The over mileage could of been fixed right then!
David RMake sure if you want to talk to someone you are there before 5 pm otherwise use drop box. Very convenient place, close to our stg.
