After driving (just car) out to scout the location to drop truck and dolly (and considering length of car behind, as well), we were cocerned we might block traffic turning in the fairly tight driveway, that was gated. Seeing no one around and no instructions, we called to ask for gate information, to help this process move ASAP. No answer. Made another trip out, and realized there was an office across the street. No one at the office. Called. No answer, no note on the door indicating return. There was a sign with 3 different phone numbers, so we tried the storage building #. This call was answered and we were given the gate number. Hours had elapsed during this time, but we were able to return our equipment before close at 4:00. Went across to drop the keys by the office and there was someone there, and friendly too! This whole experience would have been easier and better, if they had answered their calls, and/or had explicit instructions at their gate.
