I would recommend renting a U-Haul from this location. Mrs Becerly was great and made the process very smooth.
MARIAN PI was promised mobile pickup but the location did not have any mobile locks. In addition, the Uhaul network was also having issues which delayed my rental pickup. It took 45 min to get my rental checked out. Not a great experience.
Jason KNothing really to improve upon. The two owners were courteous and did all they could to accommodate my needs. Even when problems arose they took the time to see it through. Great people and location.
David GDrob box for key was a bit hard to locate at first. But overall VERY easy process to pick up and drop off.

KEVIN MSomething to consider is checking all maintenance lights in the U-Haul before renting it out. The right tire light kept coming on while driving, saying it was Low, then after a while of driving all the lights for tires came on. And if the sensor are broken they should tell you before rental..

ANTONIO Kthe person at the UHAUL finished my rental application, asked me to give him my credit card to process the payment and withdrew $169.00 from my account without explaining and getting my approval, what it should be only $44.00 charge it was $169.00 I question him and asked him to cancel my transaction , he in return originate a new transaction where I paid again another $45.00 from a different credit card . until today 4/25/25 I have not received back my initial fees charge on my ATM card with US Bank of $169.00 . very unprofessional service .and dishonest as well .
