The location was excellent and the lady that helped me was fantastic. The issue I had was with Uhaul itself. Uhaul was useless and infuriating. My truck wasn't going to be ready until 4:15. No one called and let me know it was going to be late. More than an hour later with no call I went to the location and was told the truck I reserved was never turned in. Now 1.5 hours off schedule I had no choice but to rent a larger truck messing up my budget for this move. Being 2hrs off schedule I was not able to finish my move by the return time of 10:15pm. Worse, the storage facility closed at 10pm so I had a full truck with no where to put the stuff forcing me to extend the truck rental until the next morning and pay an additional fee. I was overtime and over budget all because no one at Uhaul corporate thought it convenient to notify a paying customer of a change to their order. I called to see what could be done about the rental and was told it was not Uhaul's problem that it was my problem and I had to deal with it. So I will not be using Uhaul for anything again and will go out of my way to express my disdain and convince everyone that will listen to not use Uhaul either.

Lacy WWhen I went to pickup my truck, they didn’t have the dolly’s I rented in the truck and I picked it up with mobile app during non-working hours. So I took the truck the truck without the dolly equipment and I was stilled charged for them even though I tried to get them taken off my bill.
Brett SThere is no jack attached or otherwise to support the hitch when connecting the trailer to my vehicle. Additionally the was no locking pin supplied to secure the ball hitch.
