I got the van used it and brought it back within an hour. In addition I added 2 gallons of gas as they advised but they charged me 24 dollars for gas. In total they charged me 106.11 dollars. I have rented u haul before but this is to take rip off. Will never use their services again.

ELIZABETH OThe trailer was dirty inside when I picked it up. However the friendly and knowledgeable staff at the pickup location more than made up for it. I had not towed a trailer before and the spent a lot of time with me on how to pack the trailer and tips for towing. They were fantastic.

CHRISTENE LStore manager Paul is slow and doesn’t really seem to know what he’s doing. I had a reservation and when I got to the location the line was out the door. It took an hour just to get up to the counter. When he finally entered my info he brought a truck around then was entering info into system he said there was something wrong and had to take it back to get a different one. Just when I thought I might be able to leave he informed me of another problem with the second truck not being “available” so had to take it back and bring a third one. All in all it took an hour and 45 minutes! I will never use that location again and will not refer anyone to them. Also, when I made my reservation I asked for as appliance dolly and was told one would be available but as I was finally checking out he told me he didn’t have one to give me.

Robert RThis location is a terrible location to return a 26 ft truck with a trailer. The area is not inviting as there are parking spaces that can be taken up with vehicles and make the turn off of the main road more stressful and dangerous as the main road is heavy with traffic. The turn radius with a long truck and trailer is pretty sharp and when I turned off to the location, a portion of the trailer was still in the road. Location was also not the original location that was listed on the contract. Turning in the equipment was quick and easy after the representative was done with the customer in front of me.
Joshua RThis location was changed from the original contract that was listed on my contract. This location is also unacceptable for a 26 ft truck with a trailer, as parking is not available and the turnoff from the main road is dangerous with a trailer and there are other vehicles parked in the parking spots directly in front of the location. If it weren't for the parking spaces mostly empty I would not have been comfortable pulling forward and clearing the trailer out of traffic. Would not recommend for an inexperienced driver with a trailer. The way I had to park, I partially blocked someone else who was about to leave with a 20 foot truck. Returning the truck was an easy process once I was able to get in.
