After choosing the E main puyallup store and it then choosing meridian for me, i went up there and it was Super slow customer service, older guy took an entire call while helping me, a deposit i didnt know I had to put was charged. Returning the trailer I went inside the office and there wasnt anyone in there for a solid ten minutes, so we took the trailer to the back of the storage lot to see them chatting. We asked where to drop the trailer off and they said put it back where we got it, and afterwards I ask the younger guy about my deposit and he seemed confused. Eventually he figured it out but it seems as if I didnt say anything it wouldn’t have been refunded. Terrible experience other than the actual trailer. Older guy was respectful at least unlike younger guy.
