Staff were very efficient and courteous. I was in and out very quickly, for both the pickup and return. The equipment was well maintained and performed perfectly. Very pleased.

Cynthia SThe two representatives at this location were very friendly and helpful. The team was a young woman and older man, Lizy and Paul respectively. I may have gotten their names incorrect but nonetheless they were helpful, informative, and professional. There was a longer line of people when picking up the vehicle and the young woman worked efficiently to process everyone. Then when returning the vehicle, the older gentleman was quick to confirm vehicle performed as expected, the back was open and received the keys from me quickly so I could get on my way. They both worked together as a good team and did their job very well and efficiently.
