The employee was very nice. The location was convenient. However, the adapter was broke and we had no turn signals. Lucky for us, we had an extra one in our pick up. Otherwise, we would not have had working lights. Also, the interior was dirty. It was not swept or blown out before us and the walls had gross yuk on them. One item we hauled was a mattress and we had to find plastic to keep it clean.


Front desk dude was super helpful, held his professional composure while being pulled 1000 different ways. That's hard to do.. I know I was there.

Not really the drop-off locations fault- U-Haul provided me a truck almost 1/2 the size of what I reserved. The move cost me DOUBLE what it should have.

When I got into the truck it was obvious the truck hadn't been cleaned. There were dirty face masks drink stains, something sticky on the arm rest and some type of liquid in the handle for the door. You would expect that the truck would be cleaned during COVID.

The location and staff were great! However, your mobile website is horrible!!! We tried to get our truck early and couldn't because website wouldn't find our location even though we were sitting in front of your store. The same with drop off. Very frustrating!

Charge correctly and do more then hand over the keys

Rented a 10' truck 9/27/20. When I arrived (and returned), the female employee was not wearing a mask. The truck arrived from an earlier appointment while I was waiting. She attempted to hand me the key and I asked her if she was going to sanitize the truck. She offered me some wipes to do it myself. When I insisted that U-Haul was supposed to sanitize the truck between customers, she took the wipes out to do it herself. I didn't follow her to see what she wiped down, but considering there was an abandoned flip flop in the cab of the truck, I don't think much attention was paid to detail. The check-in/out process was very easy and smooth, but the complete lack of attention paid to safety and cleanliness during COVID means I won't recommend this location or use it again.

Clean equipment!! I'd liken the cleanliness of the equipment to Linus's blanket, if you know Snoopy and crew. I wouldn't want my equipment on the road looking like that one did. Otherwise, what a Great performing piece of equipment!!!


The truck wasn't very clean when I picked it up. There was trash behind the front seat, I noticed it when I tried to lower the center console and looked. I dropped the truck off after hours. Vincent, took the trash behind the seat and placed it on the floor, then took pictures and charged me extra for cleaning. Total scam. If you rent here be sure and take pictures before and after, they will scam you the best they could. Also I caught $20 overcharge they had to refund. Totaly dishonest employees

When you ask to return your truck to a certain location I should be able to. I shouldn't have to return to a longer location away. I should get some refund and I had to put more gas in the truck for it to go furthering

Per Washington state law customers must ware masks even if they have a disability. A customer was waiting inside the small room without a mask and the associate offered him one but the customer refused. When I asked the associate why he did not ask the person to leave he said UHaul corporate policy is that he has to serve the customers not waring a mask. My dad died of Covid and I am 64 with diabetes, UHaul is going to risk my life so they can make more sales? Screw that! Myself or my family will never step in a UHaul store again. UHaul won't go broke over my business but you choose to put enough lives at risk it will catch up with you. Funny thing I said the same thing to senior Boeing leadership about 6 years ago when they were laying off many good engineers to save a buck outsourcing their work to India, next thing you know their programs cause planes to crash into the ground and look what happened to their stock. Do the right thing UHaul, protect your workers and customers!

Woman behind counter was unfriendly and did not seem like she cared to help anyone. The truck we received needs to be retired. It was hard to drive and quite scary. When dropping off the man behind the counter was more helpful. They did not do any before or after inspection and finalized our contract saying we went exactly 120 miles (which is what we estimated). I don't think we went EXACTLY 120 miles but I was charged for it.

I reserve a truck for 7am in Auburn. I have crew meeting there to help move. I get text at 5 Friday night saying pick up truck in Puyallup at 2. Now I call and talk to some loser piss head telling me that's how they schedule. Well that fucking sucks because I have people waiting here and on other end. It completely screwed up our move. Oh btw I reserved a fucking truck almost a month ago. I think I deserve some kind of compensation for all the wasted time and money I had using this company. Believe me everyone will know how shitty your company handled my move. Don't worry you'll never have my business or my friends and families business either.
