VANALYN NA few suggestions off the top of my head: Address the extensive rat problem. Do not use Washington law preventing pest control within individual units as an excuse not to mitigate risk. Seal entrances (nearly every unit has a 2-3 inch gap from the floor. Seal open air internal connections between units where rats travel. Warn customers of rats (rather than letting them discover the high risk after it’s too late to protect valuables). Communicate quickly. Follow up. Explain pest control procedures effectively. Explain what options unit renters have to eliminate pests themselves. When a renter posts a negative review, don’t offer credits with requirements to remove negative reviews—just offer the credit.

Billy DIt was quick and easy. Provided me the necessary phone numbers in case there was any issue with the return since I had to get a new truck half way through.

AUTUMN CI got the van used it and brought it back within an hour. In addition I added 2 gallons of gas as they advised but they charged me 24 dollars for gas. In total they charged me 106.11 dollars. I have rented u haul before but this is to take rip off. Will never use their services again.

GENEVIA RThe uhaul app was not helpful. We uploaded the drivers licenses 2 times and they were never received by the uaul location despite the confirmation when the action was made. We were unable to do mobile pick as well.

Phill BThe hidden charges are maddening. They hook you with “$19.95 a day” but then it’s nearly $2 a mile. Then, you have to replace the gas and at checkout, it’s a “rental tax.”

JEFFREY BCurtis and the old man did a great job making adjustments due to my rental not being ready because the previous renter was late. Their quick thinking and "can do" attitude removed all of the potential stress of the situation. I trusted them as professionals and it paid off. This is now my preferred rental location.
Atiba DMade it very easy to rent what I needed when I need it. Rented a car hauler and made it super quick and easy for me to buy my daughter her sweet 16 car. What else can you ask for.

ELIZABETH OThe trailer was dirty inside when I picked it up. However the friendly and knowledgeable staff at the pickup location more than made up for it. I had not towed a trailer before and the spent a lot of time with me on how to pack the trailer and tips for towing. They were fantastic.

KARL PI was told the total was going to be $60 but I was charged $150! There was to be some discount for returning the haul to the SeaTac Store which I did!
