Cynthia SThe two representatives at this location were very friendly and helpful. The team was a young woman and older man, Lizy and Paul respectively. I may have gotten their names incorrect but nonetheless they were helpful, informative, and professional. There was a longer line of people when picking up the vehicle and the young woman worked efficiently to process everyone. Then when returning the vehicle, the older gentleman was quick to confirm vehicle performed as expected, the back was open and received the keys from me quickly so I could get on my way. They both worked together as a good team and did their job very well and efficiently.

EDDIE RPaul “The Old Guy” made my day. I arrived 30 minutes before the store opened and so did Paul. He not only showed me where to drop the trailer off in his sweet RAV4 with 280,000 miles on it but helped me detach it and test my cars towing running lights. Found out I popped a fuse. He really made the experience great.

Joy BAfter choosing the E main puyallup store and it then choosing meridian for me, i went up there and it was Super slow customer service, older guy took an entire call while helping me, a deposit i didnt know I had to put was charged. Returning the trailer I went inside the office and there wasnt anyone in there for a solid ten minutes, so we took the trailer to the back of the storage lot to see them chatting. We asked where to drop the trailer off and they said put it back where we got it, and afterwards I ask the younger guy about my deposit and he seemed confused. Eventually he figured it out but it seems as if I didnt say anything it wouldn’t have been refunded. Terrible experience other than the actual trailer. Older guy was respectful at least unlike younger guy.

Amanda LI have to first give a great review on the pickup location at Meridian Express LLC in Puyallup Wa. They were beyond Awesome and brightened my day!!!! The old guy (he said call him that) and Rachel were super nice and professional and quickly got me all checked in. I was even having trouble with my app so I could take pics etc of the truck before leaving and Rachel helped me out with fixing it. Thank you Meridian Express LLC,

Amy Sso made prior reservations the day before which was on May 2, 2026 online OK no problem get to the location which was Puyallup Washington waited in my car from 8:30 AM until opening, which is fine so go in there with my son the person was talking so fast was not explaining everything to me and my son we made a reservation. We asked for a one-way cause we did not want to drive the U-Haul back from yelm to puyallup for drop off. again, he was not explaining everything to me and my son was not very self-explanatory about anything. We were trying to get information out such as where is drop off location. How much is this gonna cost? What can we do was this that the other nothing was explained to me put me into a severe anxiety attack like crazy not even cool at all. He told me that would be $210. I’m like I’m sorry. Excuse me what? He’s blabbed off something and I said my card‘s gonna be declined. I’ve never been a U-Haul for that price at all so then my son had to step in use his credit card and it was only $110. I’m like what the heck yeah I was not happy with this location at all so fortunately I had U-Haul call me back some Customer Service lady which was very kind and very sweet to me and understood. I was just about ready to cry because it’s just ridiculous. Overwhelmed me like crazy. Take the truck back where she suggested I take it back to cause he still had it down as I was gonna have it till 9 AM today which was May 4, 2026 and I said no I don’t need that long. I’m not leaving my car and Puyallup Washington. I have a Kia. I’m not leaving it by itself and a location I’m not that familiar with so she said OK. Can you drop it off by 6 PM? I said oh yes, definitely so I did.uelm, wa off of bald Hill Road that guy said I dropped. I was 6 miles over my thing. I’m like what I go up then God got me riled back up. I’m like I’m not very happy with you guys right now. My sister stepped in. She’s like just like I’m pissed about this whole situation and I’m still not happy at all. I will probably never read another U-Haul. I’ll figure something else out cause I just ridiculous and we only had it for six hours. I think seven hours and it includes the driving. I think that’s how long we had it. We didn’t get it till like 9:30 AM so no that guy needs to be retrained slow down speak slower, and more self-explanatory to people that don’t U-Haul’s very often. ( also the truck did not have a ramp either. i needed a ramp for my back, im on disability can’t step up very well due to back and right leg inhiry)
