Nobody at the drop off location knew what to do to check in the trailer. I called U-Haul 3 times and the second time she sent me a video that wouldn't play. The third call she said that she would take care of it. I guess she did.Mike B.

I waited well after 8am for the person in charge to show up and get my rental ready I had reserved almost a month ago. I am still waiting to hear back from the Regional Manager in which I was told would be calling me 2 days ago. Over a period of time, my rentals through Uhaul have gotten worse and worse.Timothy L.

We dropped the trailer off after hours and tried to check it in on the UHaul website. The staff at the location took care of this on his next business day because the website would not let me check it in. My only suggestion is to maintain some lighting for after hours. Many of the pictures I took for the web site check in did not come out due to lack of lighting.(the flash on my camera was reflecting too much on the metal and without flash it was too dark)Michelle H.

Car hauler sides are to tall had to crawl in and out of car window to load and unload.John R.
This truck was very low on oil. We had to put in 3 quarts. 2 quarts right after we drove a couple miles down the road. It had a broken windshield which we went and told the guy about it. I just think it should have been checked out good before we took it. I was not pleased with the particular truck but the overall U Haul experience was good.Marion W.

There was no visible signage that indicated an address or the name of the place we were supposed to return it to. Luckily, there was another UHaul truck just ahead of us, so we followed his lead. Once on the lot, we called the 1800 number on our contract to confirm. We did find the drop box, and it was evident by the other UHaul equipment on site that we were in the right place. But if not for the other truck, we might have driven right past the lot. More signage please!Dave D.

I secured a 20 ft Uhaul 30 days prior to move and was notified the day Before the scheduled move that I would have to drive ONE hour to retrieve my uhaul versus a local place. I arrived and was charged for a 26 ft uhaul because that is all they had...not happy with Uhaul CORPORATE!! No financial adjustments given. THIS establishment went OVER BOARD to arrive VERY early in order to have me Back home for my movers! Thank youANGIE C.

The telephone support staff were unable to give correct directions to the drop off site so we wasted 20 miles of driving and an hour of time. The drop off site was not labeled correctly and was not visible. It looked like an abandoned location with random u-haul trucks.KEVIN K.

You guys have screwed me 10 ways from Sunday I drove to 4 different locations when ur agents told me they had the vehicle didn't then told me I was wrong and they never said that then sent me 40 miles away to pick up the haul and I had to pay 57 dollars in ins but when my uhaul got stuck guess who had it foot the bill!???? Me!? I work for att and will make sure everyone knows the bull u put me through I will also be calling anyone and everyone I can to get all these charges taken care of I've spent almost 400 dollars on this shit!?? I believe the mans name was David that waited on us, all I can say is he is such a great man, he was so helpful and polite....much better service than what I received in Bonne Terre from choice auto. The guy handling the U-Haul equipment was not helpful at all. could not give straight answers only guesses and told me to call the 800 number for answers reguarding the rentals and availability. I only asked him how much it cost per day and if he was going to hve the size we needed. Glad I went to Potosi.Sherry B.
