Made reservations for Columbia, KY. Got txt msg day before pickup that vehicle was unavailable. Had to drive 38 miles to Edmonton KY to get vehicle. Unsat! People in Edmonton were great! Would have costed 100.00 more to drop it off local, but had to go all way back to Edmonton to drop it off. Thought you all were a national chain. That’s BS to me!!!
