Rental places should require people with animals (dogs, cats), to use seat covers during the rental, or they'll be charged a severe cleaning fee. Once animal hair gets into the fabric seats, it's near impossible to get out. There's not much the U-Haul business owner can do at that point, but it's not good for future customers.Jesse S.

Truck had the front glass (windshield) broken, and he windshield was very dirty. Office is not clean and looks dark. I was expecting to have a pick-up by myself experience but that did not happen, I had to provide a credit card again, even I already provided one online and paid, so that self check-in is a bug lie ? Also, the person who gave me the keys told me that if I used more than 60 miles I will get a $25 discount, and I don't see that ton my receipt. One more thing, the person who took my order on the phone several days before I used the truck contacted me daily for 2 days to confirm the order, then after I did it, I needed extra help from her, but never replied to my messages. I'd like someone from customer service to contact me, please.Mario R.

Took way too long to return the truck. The questions that were asked they could have seen when they got back to it. They also asked for pictures, there is not option to upload them so you would have to take them while still in the truck. If you drop it off and you didn't know you had to submit pictures, there is no way to get back in the truck to turn it on. So if you haven't already taken pictures, you are kind of screwed to return it until you can speak with someone, good luck on a weekend.Tenerra C.

The location was perfect for me. However, I waited on hold for over 18 minutes as I was told my another Uhaul location to call in to advise I dropped the box truck & trailer here instead of the one that the website wanted me to ( which was 30+ minutes out of my area and would likely have lead to an extra charge due to the excess miles - I've been hit with this before and was very displeased). As long as I am not charged for returning the equipment here and not the one noted on the website once I had been able to check it, after I had already unloaded my car from the trailer in the freezing weather, I will use Uhaul again. If I am billed anything extra I will never use this company again.Colten S.

Had a lot of problems with the online check-in process, particularly that the location service did not work and would not let me check in without it. The "help" on the website was not correct for my IOS device (Iphone 10) and I had to get help. I called the help line and was put on hold awaiting an operator. I was able to get someone who was leaving the store to help me. It was a very frustrating experience.FRANCIS G.
When I arrived, the Uhaul representatives were talking to another customer. I was standing waiting as they continued their conversation. I was made to wait while one of the representatives stopped to eat breakfast. The other representative went outside to help the customer that the representatives were talking. After they finished outside, they continued to talk. As other customers came in, the representative that was eating breakfast came out to assist me.Michael M.
I would ask for either LEDs or HIDs bulbs to be added to the trucks. The current lights are dim, yellowish and not very safe. We drove for many hours during the night and at times it was very hard to see the road. Thank you,Angel M.

Uhaul currently has a monopoly, so rental and mileage prices are very high. In spite of this, the location was friendly, efficient, the truck was clean and serviceable and after hours return was easy. I will do business with this location again, especially if they offer a more reasonably priced alternative to Uhaul in the future.Garry K.
