This location did not work for us and was not our Choice for pickup as it was 45 minutes away from where we are moving from. Despite this uhaul informed us via email, less than 24 hours before our move that we would now have to pick up from this location. Which resulted somehow in being "over kilometers" and an additional charge on our account. Though we did not sign up for a kilometer check and we returned the truck full of gas as required.
Alla TWhen I brought the truck back (and it was an hour early) it said the fee would be $225 when I checked out and then my credit card charge was $325.

Praveen RI know there are apartments next door but it was pretty dark when I returned the vehicle. Nothing that made me feel unsafe but I could see how it may be an issue for others. Everything else was excellent, though!

Paula MTruck was dirty. Left at 1/4 fuel. It would be nice to see this and any locations try to make the trucks better, even if their previous renters don’t try the same. As a paying renter, would expect a reasonably non dirty cab (mine had mud) and full gas tank(mine had 1/4)
ROBERT DI hesitated to use U Haul again. This experience was much better compared to my last. U Haul customer service as improved greatly. The truck was newer and more reliable. We had a 1600 mile trip that could not have gone any better. I would use U Haul again, after the improvements they have made.
gwen LThe staff person was helpful and there are no serious complaints, only that I had pre-booked some moving pads but they had none when I arrived at pickup. Also the lever controlling the back of the driver's side seat was broken, limiting the adjustment of that seat to a comfortable driving position. If issues like these were addressed, I would recommend the location.

Yashkaran PYour check-in system does not work. Fortunately, an employee was on site and helped us by doing it manually. The link did not work. Your system would not accept our address. We would have been stuffed without the help. The check in took about 1/2hour. The van side door was frozen closed and this should have been addresses before we arrived.
Rosemary RWe booked the truck for 9am, and the website/app was not working and we we had to wait until the location opened. This put us behind schedule for an important event. The Self Pick-up option shouldn't be an option if it's not dependable.

DAVID WParking lot is not well maintained given the snow and ice. Very limited parking for your personal vehicle while you have the uhaul. Check using the 24/7 system was challenging. It required multiple verification contacts and it took about 40 minutes to get it all figured out since we had to call multiple people to ensure they’d be available to take a call from a uhaul agent. The process was glitchy (eg the photo of the back of the vehicle wouldn’t upload properly for numerous attempts). When we dropped the vehicle off the building was open and drop off was much easier.

HAYLEY HThe parking lot was an absolute skating rink. I almost couldn’t get the truck back in the spot. Clearly, nobody has been maintaining it through the winter at all. Not a spec of sand or salt anywhere, and snow has not been shovelled. It was a serious hazard. On top of that, it’s extremely dark there. No lights at all, so all in all, a very dangerous place and a huge lawsuit waiting to happen.

AMY NJay was very rude. I was asked him to show me how to operate the truck but he seemed to be irritated. He’s approached me very rudely as soon as I entered the office. He try to rushed me into taking my license photograph very quickly. While taking my information he is very unprofessional and inpatient. The lady was nice though. I would recommend Jay to take a customer service training or you will lose your client including me.
JEFFREY VThe vehicles seem to be parked randomly in the parking lot without being within the parking lines. When picking up my vehicle, it was located tightly in between two large trucks making it almost impossible to get the vehicle out. I had to call roadside assistance to move the vehicle parked next to us over a few feet to allow enough room to exit our parking space. Additionally, the parking lot was very dangerous in winter months due to the lack of maintenance. The lot was covered in ice and snow. I had great difficulty getting our vehicle out of the parking space due to the ice causing us to slip and have no traction on the tires. We saw two other people in the parking lot later in the day get stuck in the snow as well. There is also garbage and random items like furniture pieces littered outside of the building. With the snow covering these items, I slipped and fell very hard on a piece of plexiglass laying by the building entrance. The experience outside of the parking lot driving around was great, but this parking lot was not a great experience and is quite dangerous. This parking lot needs to managed and maintained more frequently.

Patrick MOvercharged me because they thought Westphal was in the valley, as a wheelchair user I couldnt go inside and have the conversation myself. They overcharged on miles and charged us for gas when we actually put more gas in than we used. I called the main company and had it confirmed that we were way overcharged and now its gunna take a while for them to figure out how these people effed up

GERALD VU haul need to get your act together. I booked a 15’ truck locally only to get a call in the evening before to tell me that the only truck they could give me was a 26’truck and I had to drive 2hours to pick it up. This is the second time I have had this happen. It’s totally unacceptable. The extra cost of gas alone was over $100

After 40 min of trying to get my key from the lock box I finally got it when the owner showed up an hour before they were to open. Please get your shit together U-HAUL.
