It should be made clear that when using a pick up location that the customer does all the work - uploading ID, taking pics for damage. Additionally - how can you have a Uhaul pick up site with no parking for your own car? Telling me to park in another’s business’ lot is illegal. Why can’t I park in the spot I took my uhaul from? Last few experiences with uhaul have been subpar.
