The app did not work and I spent 45 minutes trying to talk to an agent because your system was down. Eventually the person at the location was able to reboot the system. The U-Haul representative was great tho!

Jesse STh person that worked there didn't know how to clic the trailor to the hitch. I think it would of been nice that she could explain it to us
Marie-Josee LThis location did not work for us and was not our Choice for pickup as it was 45 minutes away from where we are moving from. Despite this uhaul informed us via email, less than 24 hours before our move that we would now have to pick up from this location. Which resulted somehow in being "over kilometers" and an additional charge on our account. Though we did not sign up for a kilometer check and we returned the truck full of gas as required.
