MARGARET EThe agent that took my order was fine. When I returned the truck, I had left an empty bottle of water in it and the manager (who did the return) charged me a cleaning fee of $25 (found that out when I receive my invoice later). I have been renting from U-Haul for years and have never encounter such a blatant money grab. The manager at the green street location in halifax should be ashamed of the way he conducts business. - he has lost mine anyways.
douglas rWe had issues uploading photos to the app. Unable to move forward so had to call and wait on hold putting us behind in move. When booking via phone we added extra dolly and furniture pads but they were not there when we got the truck
