There was a problem with the tire system that made braking almost dangerous. There were NO furniture dollys available, which I found out when I arrived for pick-up, and I was not contacted in advance to advise me of this. No idea how this company continues to operate, as the reliability is TERRIBLE. I hear stories from friends all the time about how trucks are not available when they were booked, or pick-up locations are switched last minute. Hope I don't have to use U-haul again, as there is no way to rely on this company.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkVery helpful and we were in and out quickly
jim fIt should be made clear that when using a pick up location that the customer does all the work - uploading ID, taking pics for damage. Additionally - how can you have a Uhaul pick up site with no parking for your own car? Telling me to park in another’s business’ lot is illegal. Why can’t I park in the spot I took my uhaul from? Last few experiences with uhaul have been subpar.
Kerri MDropped off on a holiday and no one was present at drop off location.
Kenneth GYou should look into the Green St Halifax uhaul rental. I believe they are getting kick backs from a parking company who owns their lot. I would be happy to discuss this further.
