1. Equipment was reserved on site for the Green Street, Halifax location by an employee at the location. Despite having equipment available, scheduling re-booked my reservation for the Atlantic Street, Dartmouth location. When I called to have this corrected I was made to sit on hold for an hour without ever having my call answered. I was forced to log in to the Uhaul website and change from a 10' box truck to a 9' van at the Green St location. When I arrived, the original 10' trucks were still available, and the employee complained about how scheduling has done this to their clients multiple times. The added distance added to the reservation would have cost $30-$50 extra in gas. 2. While the van showed the tank being "full" on pick-up, the tank wasn't not full to the point where the gas pump would click off. This is impossible to gauge as a customer. I drove the van a total of 12km. When I returned the van full (gas pump clicked off) the gas cost was $19.00. This is significantly more fuel than was used travelling 12km and should be eligible for reimbursement.

I had a very frustrating experience due to charges that I did not agree to. I did not select insurance, but it was automatically added to my bill. I also used a $7 trolley, but I was charged $10. On top of that, the mileage was recorded much higher than what I actually drove, which led to an unfair overcharge. I have tried to contact customer service and left a message, but I have received no reply or resolution so far. This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. These issues must be addressed and corrected.
BO BThere was not vehicle assigned and I was doing virtual pick up and so customer service was able to assign me an alternate to what I had ordered and the result was that I was double axel instead I single. Thus I had to alter my route because of where double axels are allowed and also had to pay way more in. Gas that I would have. It was much louder and harder to drive . I had ordered a 10 foot and was given a fifteen foot. I would like to be compensated for the difference in gas as the consumption is different and the route had to be altered and was longer
MORAGH JWhen I arrived to pick up the van I rented, the van keys were not available and another van was not available to me. However, the person working was kind enough to rent me a cube truck for the price of a van. The truck was in very good condition.
KIMBERLEY SLocation was closed. I followed instructions on your app for drop off. While attempting to take photos of the truck with your app, it crashed with error message "storage problem". I don't know how much of my drop-off process had been completed.
