The rates applied by Uhaul were higher than the rate shown at the time of booking. Why is this? Also the minimum commitment of certain kilometers was not mentioned when I booked the vehicle.

Took me an hour onhold with an actually very helpful agent to solve it. I'd rate this location higher if it wasn't for the bayers lake location being so terrible
