I just give it low Marks because they had just started renting uhauls it so the staff were unfamiliar with how to do it. It took a long time. And I didn’t get all the information. But the staff was very polite and did the best he could. He was a very responsible young man.

The mobile check in was tedious. It says to not arrive before your check in time, but then takes 10 minutes to complete once you arrive at your check in time — so I lost/wasted the first 10 minutes of my rental completing forms, taking pictures, getting verified, etc.
