I couldn't use the rental as I was supposed to, I was suppose to haul an ATV, and the width of the trailer was wider and couldn't fit the ATV, it was not useful and only had the trailer for less than 2 hours and had to make a phone call to make changes for the drop off location. I still paid the full amount. I was not satisfied. But the guy was friendly and helpful with his measurement tape.

I had to wait 30 minutes for the person in charge to show up for my reservation at 10:00. She nonchalantly walked in at 10:30 with no apologies. Was charged for 12 moving blankets and was supplied with only 5. Gas in vehicle was just above quarter tank, person in charge advised. Was returned with same amount but was charged to have it filled to half a tank. Overall terrible service.

Brigitte DFirst, the location name needs to be updated; it is no longer Mezza Resto Bar, but Dépanneur de la Villa! You can confirm this on Google Maps. The customer service at this location was phenomenal, the owner is friendly, timely and helpful. The 15' truck we rented needs service however: - The cargo bay has a smell of wet dog, but is otherwise clean. - The engine makes a sounds like a weed whacker, which is really loud and disconcerting. The truck drove well-enough to use though. - The brakes sound like they may be worn out, applying the brakes makes a high-pitched grinding sound. - The steering column needs to be serviced, there is at least 10⁰ of slack on either side of center before the wheels start turning.

NADINE FThe person why being nice and took the time to help but was lacking knowledge with the renting system, didn`t know how to hook the trailor and didn`t not provide the cable to hook the lights, so i had to go back. i think it was her first time to be fair and they will probably learn quickly.
