I spent 3 days on phones, as when I scheduled at the first pick up in Elizabethton, they did not have a truck. I was then sent to 3 other locations in the area promised a truck and they also did not have the truck I requested. Everyone in the Dispatch office and the pick up locations were all very nice and helpful. In the end I was compensated with a larger truck at no extra cost, also a few more perks, which I appreciated after the run around we had. Yes I would recommend U Haul again.

William BWhen loaded, the vehicle would experience an Autotrac error after about 10 mins. When this occurs, Cruise Control is disabled. Out of a 7 hour journey, I only had about 30 mins of Cruise Control. Trip would have been much better if Cruise Control had worked properly. I did not see this error when the vehicle was empty.

MIKKI DTruck broke down throughout the entire trip. My car fell off the trailer that was connected to the back of the truck because they failed to show me how it goes on and hooks up. The inside of the truck was filthy. The guy put my location for drop off literally 2000 miles away from where I was actually dropping off and they’re now charging me $2400 in fines and fees. This entire company is a scam.
