Have professional people representing you. I was hung up on , the owner at the location spoke in ebonics, sold his products while assisting me. Did not answer the phone as a vendor! Also said there were no trucks to get me off the line, after I said it's showing online you do have a truck I need! and a uhaul representative had to call to reserve it for me. Worst uhaul experience in all my 20 years of renting from you. Pull your trucks from this location. The owner of the warehouse clearly puts your business on the back burner and doesn't care if the trucks are rented. He needs to move his products first.Anshanela S.

I paid for a utility dolly and 3 dozen furniture pads at the Minola location. I didn't receive them. I let them know before I pulled off. They told me they didn't have them. They didn't do anything to fix the situation. Their customer service skills were deplorable.Nikisha R.

Please service and thoroughly inspect your uhaul trucks BEFORE RENTAL!!!! Absolutely horrible experience! We rented a 26ft uhaul truck for a 248 mil one way trip. During the drive the truck became overheated and broke down along a busy interstate. Not only was this an inconvenience it put us in a very dangerous situation! I would not recommend renting from this place again!Kurshona S.

This location was hard to find. There were no clear directions, no coverage in the pouring rain, no one answered the phone for help and I did not receive my dolly that I paid for.LaTasha L.

The WORSE customer service. There was no clear directions on where to go, when I called to confirm the gentleman didn't know what I was referring to and was asking me about my reservation. Also when I got there the front was locked and had to go to a warehouse in the back and took an hour because the system wasn't acting correct, it was very ghetto and unprofessional. I will NEVER use Uhaul again. I had to go to 2 different locations for pick up which turned into 4 locations that day and was very inconvienentJAMES H.

The girl that helped us was out standing. The entrance was not very manageable. This was the second place we had to go to. The first place we went to we had to cancel everything we filled out since the truck had been stolen. We were later questioned about the thrift of it which we had absolutely nothing to do with it. She may have been Jamaican but she did not understand anything that I was speaking. She was unaware why I was there. The vehicle transporter came off as I was trying to back it into a small space and she claimed it was broken and proceeded to take pictures. I noted to her that there Is a high draulic tool that lifts up to wear you can hitch it back to the truck, she wanted to leave it lying there. I'm 9 months pregnant and didnt have the energy turn the hydraulic being that I drove 7 hours from Indiana to Georgia including loading and unloading the vehicle. I had ask a bystander to turn it for me in order for me to take my own pictures to show that it was not damaged. She took the keys and checked the mileage and gas and proceeded to lock the door while my daughter was still sitting in the truck because it was raining. I had to tell her to let my child out before she locked the door. The woman walked back into the facility and said nothing further. I asked for a text or an email stating that it was dropped off, she just kept implying that the people will send me something soon. What people? I had to call the Uhaul place from pickup to confirm to them that it was indeed dropped off with no issues. Uhaul should truly take the place off as one of their drop off locations.francs R.
