GEORGE PRented a dollie and wasn't in truck and was not given instructions that I needed to go inside to get. Was told I'd get refunded but still waiting on refund.

Steve FIt is difficult to understand where to go. The location is tight. However, once you figure out where to get help, the people are great.

TRACI VI ordered an appliance Dolly and it wasn't in the truck. No big deal we managed just fine.
Brandon SAfter hrs, nobody there. The GPS address shows.the return lot as being a few hundred feet down the road near some storage buildings that they sell. The actual place where uhaul stuff is parked is next to their building that they sell vehicles out of and where the uhaul sign is.
Aaron AI was told 39.99 a day plus 99. A mile. I put 100 00 deposit plus I paid in total 160.00 I tried to take it back on Mon and they were closed. So I retired it on Tue and was charged another 152.00. Plus they never told me that it was 10.00 per day for the dolly. I just don't understand. I could see maybe 215.00 but 310.00??? They need to tell people what they are being charged for. I am a senior citizens and didn't have that kind of money. I would like a refund of at least 75.00. But that will never happen.I will never tell anyone to use this company. It's sad when you take advantage of the elderly....

Mary WYou can tell me what I owe before you take my money. Having to take a picture with camera of my driver's license when I'm standing right in front of the one I'm renting from. Why make something so simple so much Hassel. Good truck, good help, your system of doing business I don't like!!! Tell me what you're taking from my bank up front! I may seek legal advice about this.

Mary AMake sure that when customer is paying in cash with a $100.00 deposit that you inform them that they will not recieve their deposit back in cash upon return of equipment, but will have to wait for a check to be mailed to them.

Patricia CThe location is out in the middle of nowhere and GPS takes you past the facility. The truck was said to have a 1/4 tank of fuel, but it was under E. The windshield has a crack in it as we documented, but when I called the pickup location she said that we were covered bcuz I had the insurance. Not exactly what you want to hear nor very professional. The truck had no wiper fluid in it and it appears the truck had not been cleaned or looked at when it was dropped off.
STEPHANIE MDropped truck after hours, Had trouble using website to check in truck after using truck 6 hours. Called 800 number to get help checking in truck and was on hold over an hour. Drop off location charged me $20.00 for after hours fee.
robert rImprove the return process for after hours. The 1(800) 468-4285 to get help on returning the trailer NEEDS help. 1) we had to wait for 64 minutes to get the system to call us back, when it did, we went through the system prompts, the system stated your next in the cue, THAN DISCONNETED. So we called back, a 77 minute wait to have the same thing happen, DISCONNETED. We tried to use the location return process on the uHual.com website, we signed in to our account, clicked on the trailer return, clicked on the Aa beside the web address, than Web Location tab, than on the Allow (My Location) but still got the the following" "We were unable to determine your current location. Ensure location service is turned on in your mobile device settings for the browser you are using and try again" WE got this message about 5 times, than tried to call the 1 (800) number with no success, Thanks Kenneth Jones 419-410-3911 kenjones2444@gmail.com

daniel sI spent 45 minutes on hold because the GPS said I couldn't continue because I was not at the correct location and I was sitting right in front of the truck. Then I was charged for gas after I returned the truck with more gas than it had when I picked it up. Moving day stinks and Uhaul made it worse.
Crystal STerrible. Could not find the drop off box and customer couldn't tell me where it was. The area was over grown and dark.
Austin BI am very unhappy with the computer 24 /7 not working correctly, leaving me without a truck and unable to get the website and app to work. It took the owner of the location to physically come out and fix the problems. I returned the truck within 4 hours but could not use the app once more. I will never use your company again. I am waiting to see how many errors appear on my bill. I expect the un needed charges such as having to use a 15 foot truck instead of the 10 I was promised, I should not have to pay that extra 10 dollars. Plus I do not expect the 20 dollar fee for not using 24/7 to say when I returned as it does not work. I have a screen shot to prove it. None of this is the locations error nor was it mine. Please contact me as this needs to be resolved and quickly.
