Truck was clean inside the cab but had a horrible smell. Had to drive it with the windows down because it was absolutely gagging us. Don’t know what they cleaned it with, but I would strongly suggest not using it anymore. The location was great for me since it was right down the street from where I live. The problem is their parking lot head very deep potholes that went clear across their driveway and there was many of them. Definitely need to bring some gravel in and fill the potholes.

tom bDo not use mobile check in as they’re located in a dead zone and I had to travel 1 mile off site multiple times just to contact customer service, however, employees were great for in person interaction.
Amanda GIt is my opinion, that the problem I encountered, had not yet need detected. Because of the missing tie down, I had to winch the vehicle laterally to unload, because the car had shifted, and I could not back the vehicle off the transport, because the angle was wrong.
