The staff at this location were very helpful and friendly and I would consider using this location again because of that. The back sliding door on the truck I rented stuck when it was almost closed - the lady that helped me when I picked up explained that this had been an issue and the truck had "been in for repair" but came back still not working properly. The door was very hard to open and close and this should definitely be repaired prior to the next rental. The lock system to get into the back of the truck and access the keys to the truck is not very effective; the lock was very hard to get unlocked (I had to walk back to the building and find an employee to assist so I could get the keys to leave) and when I returned the truck, the lock bar on the back door did not line up properly and I was not able to put the lock back on. When I was picking the truck up, I had to do everything online even though there were employees working and, because of the location, cell service was not good (not a UHaul issue but definitely made check out more difficult constantly waiting for signal on my phone to go thru the check out process online). The check out process took almost an hour and I was at the location (after closing) for almost 30 minutes trying to get the lock back on the truck as requested when returning the truck. Again, the employees were kind, friendly and helpful however, it should not take 1 1/2 hours to check out/in when renting a truck and the back sliding door should be working properly since this is a key component of the truck!
