Well, I picked up the truck around 2pm on Tuesday May 26 and the kid at Michigan Sports Academy told me I had to have the truck returned to Jeff’s Fireworks by Friday May 29 by 2pm. When I returned the truck and tried to check out in the APP, it wouldn’t let me disagree with the extra charge, so I called Uhaul and was transferred to a return specialist, which I never got to speak with, after 32 minutes on hold I hung up, so I could drive home, I was exhausted. IMO, I wasn’t a day late, I was a few hours late and as usual Jeff’s Fireworks didn’t have anyone there for me to check out with. This was a horrible situation and then I get a receipt stating that Uhaul charged me anyway, without allowing me to talk with anyone about the situation.

Matthew FWe had an excellent experience. We showed up unexpectedly on Memorial Day. The owners happened to be at the store. Although they were not open, the owner graciously allowed us to rent a trailer - saving us a long trip and delay. He and his wife were very nice and could not have been more helpful. What a great experience!
Robert SThis location shares the building with a sports academy and the hours of operation are limited. The only reason I rented from there was the location. When I picked up the truck there was only one person working there trying to deal with multiple customers.

anna jTook over an hour to get checked in due to computer issues. We drove from Grand Rapids and had a trailer reserved in Brighton but their whole system was down, so had to back track. Were never informed it was more expensive to drop off at another location
Gregory FI do not believe I have any improvements to recommend. Service was great, trailer was hooked up for me, trailer was in good condition, and everything worked as it should. Keep up the good service. I appreciate it.

WILLIAM FThe was no lighting in the parking lot at night when I returned the rental. Not only is that unsafe, it makes it difficult to take pictures to return the rental equipment.
ERIC MThere was 2 large holes in the roof of the truck. Someone attempted to screw in a piece of metal but it still leaked. Luckily I noticed it before it could cause damage. Informed gentleman when I dropped it off they were going to look into it. Which when I left they were opening the back of the truck to check it out.

ALYSSA MThe vehicle is very unstable and dangerous.
WANG LThe vehicle was in pretty bad shape, possible steering attention required! The transmission/powertrain had some issues around 30mph whereby the vehicle 'jerked' similar to a misfire. The Tow Haul switch was nowhere to be found! (I drive a Ford truck and it is on the column stalk but bot in this vehicle and I was unable to locate it!) The person at the location was very helpful and pleasant to deal with.
DAVID GI got charged for 40 miles even though I only drove about 15 miles. I was told I would get credited back the difference but I didn’t.
SHAYNA LStaff was very friendly and helped me hook up the trailer. Overall it was a good experience and I would rent from there again when needed
MICHAEL DI had a great easy experience. From renting to returning. I was quoted 137 and change. It only ended up costing 119 and change. Always happy when that happens!

JOHN GYou can only pick up and drop off vehicles at certain times although they force the customer to use electronic pick-up/drop-off without talking to a person. The dolly we requested was not in the truck. They advertised the price as $19.99 + mileage. In our case, that would have made it $50. After fees, it was $94, not including the dolly.

Landon CTruck Pick up was great. System issues but the gentleman adapted. The front tires and maybe alignment was not safe to drive. We got our job done but could not drive a freeway.

DONALD MThe truck was cheap and got the job done. This truck is older and should be replaced. It was a last minute rental and worked out okay. Price was a little steep for such a no frills vehicle. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I also liked the auto pickup feature. I had to get the vehicle at 7 am and your process made thst possible.
CARL AThis vehicle was absolutely horrid to drive. Vehicle head wheel hop at 40 mph and at 60 mph. Vibration was excessive enough to bring on a migraine headache. Steering had excessive play. I had to consistently bump steer to keep it in the vehicle center of the driving lane. Unfortunately, there was a snowstorm the day of this rental. The steering play being excessive it was impossible to tell if the vehicle was sliding or just steering play, making driving it extremely stressful.
KEVIN PThis facility was very convenient and well-equipped. The staff was professional, accommodating, and pleasant to work with. I plan to rent from them again in the future.
